Is it wrong to have a BULLITT plate on a regular GT?

To me, The V6 is a whole different animal than the GT...and the Cobra is on a whole different level than the GT..

But the GT and Bullitt are so close together, bumpers, hood, doors, engine, interior, all just have minor and subtle changes if any changes at all. No special badging save for the one on the trunk.

To me, 2008 is a Mustang BULLITT, 2001 was a BULLITT GT.

LOL OK, so a 2008 is a "Mustang Bullitt" when the differences between a 2001 Bullitt and a GT are far greater than the differences than the 2008 flavor and its counterpart.

Its your car dude, I dont even see why you asked the question in the first place.. If you want to gay it up, go for it. Nobody will stop ya.

Primary difference, the 2001 Wears GT badges, the 08 doesnt. Still just a hopped up GT, but outwardly its not a GT. And apparently just having badges is super important.

dude, just go get the plates if you want, you aren't gonna convince people that don't agree with you that this is a good idea. Honestly I think you're just in for an earful whenever you try and meet up any other mustang enthusiasts and post up pictures proudly depicting your plate. If you can deal with it without being a whiny crybaby then do it. If you cant and you still wanna do it, do us all a favor and not post pictures or mention it afterwards. We all know what kind of reaction you will get.

So an 03 GT with Cobra brakes, and Cobra wheels....is poser? I mean the Cobra stuff is prominently displayed for all to see. And its definetly not a Cobra. Not even a Fauxbra.

Actual performance parts are not poser to anyone that I know of. Its when you badge your car as something its not when ppl raise eyebrows. Even bumpers and hoods are fine.. its just really homo when ppl mis-badge.

If anyone ever called me a poser for having 03 wheels 10th anniversary brakes, and an IRS i would laugh at them all the way to the finish line. lol
