My 4v swap is supposed to start tmw.So I'm wondering what my stock NPI engine is worth.It has 88k on it,is very clean,and has no issues at all.I have it advertised but do not want to be asking too much.Is $800-$1000 too much?Just curious.

$550 (higher mileage but running) to $2500 (rebuilt w/3yr warranty) are the prices I'm seeing.

How do you keep it so clean? Mines disgusting and I sort of want to clean it, but really not feeling the love from me.

Thanks I try and keep it as clean a spossible.Once you get it as clean as you can it's not very hard to keep it that way,as long as you keep after it.Get some engine degreaser or even dawn dish liquid and scrub it by hand.I use a rag and old toothbrush.It takes awhilke but it's worth it.I guess the main thing is it's not my DD and I don't drive it the rain.Which IMO is the main "ingredient" to keeping it clean.
