So what are they doing with the Mustang? Selling it?

Is the car an automatic or a manual?

Did you try to ask them about the speed limiting with a tuner?

SCT just wrote me back...here is what they said:

Hello,
Certain things could be limited such as speed limit and shifting with WOT.

My first step would be to use a tune specifically for less performance which would be obtained through a custom tunes dealer.
