I was talking about how nice they make the exhaust sound bc I have no idea what kind of hp gains you get with them.

Dyno for sure! I see 280-290 rw in your future! I've wanted a nice set of kooks for SO long...but the $$$ is VERY scary.

A friend of mine put don 282rwhp on a mustang dyno with a 96 cobra, shorties, offroad x, flows, pullies, CAI, and tune. With a good tune I can imagine the long tube 4v being pretty damn close to 300.

I'd like to believe that LT's can bump you 25-30 HP over stock, but I find it hard to.

Those are massive gains for exhaust manifolds. If LT's put me in another power bracket I'll go buy the bbk's next week!
