Only time I ever did anything about someone damaging someone elses car was when I saw this punk kid walk up to a sweet viper and kick it in the drivers side door, then he got into a pink 4 banger Fox body and tried to drive off. I got his plate # and turned it into the police. It was "ECHO1"

****UPDATE ON MY SITUATION****
OK so by now you all know this was a hit and run. so i am on the lookout for the culprit. i see my next door neighbor pull up with a broken tail light and and dent with black scrapes from my car. keep in mind their car is already completely jacked up from a previous accident. i go over to her car, match up the piece of tail light i find with her broken one- it fits like a puzzle. i call our local pd to report that i have found the culprit. cops show up and talk to the lady, and she pulls out an estimate from the previous accident and the cop basically let her off the hook, even though he picked the pieces of her tail light off my car and even pieced them together, and you can clearly see that if she pulled her car next to mine the damage is the same exact height. how do u like them apples?
