Lol I hope that video wasn't seriously supposed to prove how righteous crossfires are.

My high mileage v6 has ran better times than that on its slowest passes

I can't believe you like Crossfires. Different strokes I guess...

For the record, those cars don't even come close to the performance of a stock Cobra.
I don't know, with just a pulley, intake and tune and stock muffler, I've ran a 11.7 @116 mph in my SRT6, and that's with 2 less cylinders. I need to boost my GT to get close to that.

You sound like you are in the same possition I was in a year ago. I was looking at an 03 GT vert which was sonic blue. It had 27,000 miles on it at the time and they wanted almost 16k for it. Me and my dad only got them talked down to low 15k. It was an auto and in mint condition. I went ahead and got it and it's alot different now. With 4.10s and all the bolt ons you could think of which I have done. It definely livens up the car. However, looking back, I now am seeing alot of cobras and Machs that I could have come pretty close to in end price when I was done buying my GT. It's something you really need to take your time with. In the end I paid close to 17k for my GT and I could have found a cobra for just a bit more... Idk its all on u..

15K for a GT ? Id tell them to go pound sand.
You could get a "Mint" 96-99 Cobra for that price with a much better 4.6 Liter (4V)

My buddy just bought a 04 Comp Orange Mach1 for 13K with 22k Miles.

Id look around more.
Btw..welcome to forum

I know that's what I'm saying. I would look Around a bit more considering I see now if I would have that I could have gotten a cobra or Mach. Nonetheless, my GT looks sick noe but I should have gave it more time in the search...

You guys ripping on the Mustang in the video can suck it. It was all motor with a few bolt on's like a CAI and a mid pipe. The SRT6 I think had a bigger downpipe/exhaust and maybe a pulley swap/tune combo, but it wasn't bone stock. Not bad cars but rare.
