Default Changing Oil When Lowered

I know most guys here are lowered. So how do you all change your oil? I mean I used to drive up my ramps and that's definitely not happening anymore.

Did you guys build your own ramps or are you guys just putting a jack under one area and lifting the car?

Place a jack under the car. Lift the car. Change the oil.

I know a couple of guys that use 2x4's to slowly raise the vehicle on the ramps, but a low profile jack is probably a better idea. Or try to borrow a lift somewhere.

Lay some wood and drive up on top of it. Make sure its a good couple inches of wood. And then put the ramp in front of it and you should be able to drive onto it.

ifd you have a garage dig an oil change pit like they have at shops. it could also be useful for controlling your mother-in-law.

I run my car up onto some pieces of wood and then put a jack under it and put it on jack stands.

This.

I have a low profile jack and it still doesn't fit under the car without boards under the tires.

I can always count on your expert opinion lol. I was just curious if that's what most of everyone does or if they bought race ramps.

I built my own ramps out of 2x6, they're 5 levels high, and have a slow enough grade that the chin spoiler barely hits the ramp.
