FLAT BLACK SN95 Finally!
Alright guys,
It's been quite a long time since I've posted here, and I'm glad to be back. This is to show the progress of my SN95 Saleen Clone. Please enjoy the pics and if you like please comment they will all be appreciated. Let me know of any suggestions and if you have any questions i'm an open book. Please not that all mods were done by my brother and myself.
Before:
First flat black attempt:
Repainted the hood and roof after this as you could see trails from painting, this was due to it being too how when painting, the paint would almost dry before hitting the car. This paint completely dried withing an hour in pure Florida heat.
After Repaint, and we painted the wheels, painted calipers red:
Next, we added custom made decals:
Decals by Identity Design our of St. Augustine FL. Emblems made by my brother. Decals glow when light hits it at night.
The rest are just of a local show my brother and I were in, my brother is the SRT8 next to me. Also some stereo shots, I'm still planning the trunk color scheme and graphics.
Below are some pics of my Fathers Mustang painted by us also.
Thanks for looking guys, hope you enjoy the pics and vids.
-Matt
P.S. Can I change my username to SinisterGT? If you know how can you please PM me.

Looks good! I probably would have gone with a standard Cobra R hood and not put the decals on the side of of the hood, but that's just me. You might want to do some touch up work by the passenger side headlight too; I can see a little bit of green there.

Deff. intimidating with the flat black, but is it something I should actually be scared of or does it actually do work? lol

I like the flat black... but it does need a little follow up at the headlight and get in the jams/trunk area if you are going to open them at a show.
Hood isn't my style, and I'd get a more aggressive wing to match the rest of the car.
