I may shop around again after this year (graduated college) because I'll be picking up a 2nd vehicle. Currently, I've been really happy with 21st. They've been good to work with. And I was just wondering who you were through (insurance company), my last post never questioned who's name was on the policy. I've been on mine own too.

This is full coverage though, and being a paranoid man I got the highest liability and personal medical coverage they offered lol. Progressive was quoting me with a middle of the road liability and medical/personal/etc coverage... I was going to go with them, but honestly, their attitude put me off.
I had been with state farm for years. It's what my parents used. I always had the good student discount, then again, I'm no longer a student.

Wow really? They still wanted that much month to month? And you are over 20, with a good record... Might be because of the GT, I have a v6 so maybe I got a slightly better rate.

Sounds like state farm was trying to jack you man. My parents were with them for many years too, and they added me to their policy at first, so maybe we got better rates because of that too.

yea...my 3800 stall seemed to kill my mileage lol.

I guess it doesnt help that I have a blower and cant seem to go 5 minutes without putting my foot to the floor.

I also do a lot of stop and go driving.

I still seem to avg around 220 miles per tank give or take.

It seems to me that the driver makes the biggest difference because if I take it easy on the car I can see damn near 300 miles per tank.

Also have Geico and insurance is like 80 bucks a month.

State Farm blows. They wanted $270 per month for the same exact policy that Geico gave to me for $93.
