On the 17s, I'd recommend the UPR Pro Series springs:

+1 A 315/60/15 is a 30 inch tire I beleive, I'd be suprised if they would even fit with stock height.

Who makes the best Brand of coil overs?.....I can fit a football in my wheelwell.

MM makes a decent set, theyll talk with you to figure out what your spring rate should be and they have a few options for valving on the shocks/struts as well
