Question HELP, weird problems with the stang / clutch

main problem is my clutch pedel has started to feel rough and bumpy almost all the time, another problem im having is the car feels like its bogging or stuttering when im WOT, almost like its not getting enough fuel or spark (mainly between 1500 and 2000 rpm but has recently started all through the revs), i changed all my spark plugs, still havin problems.

and to finish it off when my A/C is on the car revs up and down from 600-1200 rpm at red lights and when stopped. might be the alternator but not sure.

need some help debunking these problems, thanks guys.

well the reason your idle is jumping at the light is because the AC clutch keeps kicking in/out. Check your free-on pressure in the system it maybe low. I had this similar problem but I just removed everything and anything to do with the AC.

When does your clutch pedal feel rough and bumpy when you press it in or right before? Is it a stock clutch or aftermarket?

For the bogging try cleaning your MAF take a peek at your throttle body see if its clean, if you haven't replaced your fuel filter go ahead and do so. Make sure your air filter is clean. Does it bog with the AC on?

No bog with the ac on but clutch is rough mid motion. It's factory with 70k miles. When I'm depressing it feels almost bubbly

70K miles, im sure hard miles, I would think its safe to say you need a new clutch might want to get a new flywheel too, but if your in a pinch you can get the flywheel resurfaced.

You could get ahold of Tousley Ford Parts through the SVTPerfomance forums, or american muscle sells the pilot bearing from Ford Racing for like 12 and AM may have the TOB from Ford for somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 bux
