Yea the person im buying the s-trim from is throwing in a 3.48 for me so ill have a 3.33 - 3.60 to work with dyno day. I'm still thinking of gauges to choose from though.. -_-
What size tubing do you guys run to the tial bov?

You do realize that you have to take the blower off each time you want to swap the pulley right? I dont think you would have enough time to switch to all 3 throughout the day unless you want a bill of $1500 for the tune... I suggest researching what other peoples power outputs are and what pulley size they have to gauge the size pulley you need.

Yes im aware you need to take the blower off.. I was stating the person is throwing in another pulley for me out of nice ness. I have heard of everyone being intercooled with a 3.33 pulley setup at 8-10psi but thanks for your concern but ive done my research and im not worried about cost on dyno day. Im just looking to get it done right.

Once again, you can't use a blow off valve with your setup.

I'm going with a blow through setup. I'll have this: http://www.vmptuning.com/store/index...d=34&parent=31 welded onto the piping. Now thats taken care of could someone answer my question?

Why not?
Plenty of people use the tial on blow through setups.
I have the tial 50 mm bov with the 3 psi spring and it works PERFECT. I love it and it was cheaper than the red race or vortech valves.
What you have listed looks good except I would use the 05+ HPX sensor and IMO, drop down to the 3.12-3.15 pulley if you want to see 10 psi.
The only thing that differentiates a BOV and a Bypass valve is that a bypass usually recirculates the air....as long as you have a spring that will let the BOV stay open at idle, its the same as a bypass. Thats why tial sells the 3 psi supercharger spring.
I dont think he would see that amount ofboost with a front mount.....
With an SI v2 vortech, FMIC with a 3.125, bone stock PI longblock id see about 10 psi at 6k, maybe 11 psi when I reved it top 6200 on a cold day, the 3.33 will probably get you about 8 at 6k.
I was running a big KN filter on the end of my blower which was tested vs a powerpipe and the guy saw the same boost, if not more with the filter.

This was based on the fact that he is using a BA2400 so he will have to go draw through. BOV work great for blow through setups. BA2400 MAFs usually peg pretty low in a draw through setup, and you need almost double the capacity for a blow through setup. The BA2400 might not be able to handle the volume of air in a blow through setup. He either needs to get rid of the BOV and go BPV or he needs to get an HPX '05 slot style or another similar maf.

Gotcha,
I would say go HPX 05 and never look back.
By the time you buy that cheaper sensor and a Mafia extender you will end up spending more than the hpx costs anyway.
