Exclamation radio shuts off while driving

Okay i have a sony deck that i just put in my car and it has been fine for 2 months. then i bought polk audio subs and amp that where paired and sold together. The car didnt give them enough power because the under drive pullies. so i bought a capacitor. well that worked perfect and nothing dimmed when the subs it and they sounded better. then 2 months later i was driving and hit a bump and the radio shut off. Now it will turn off while driving on a smooth surface and everytime i hit a bump. i checked all the grounds there are one for the radio and its good one for the cap which is good and one for the amp which is also good. the 12v power is good and so is the 12v constent power. the speakers are hooked up to the radio and they are good. the 6x9s are all hooked up right and are strong not moving around the door speakers have not been checked yet. i also went on the deck and moved the balance to front left front right and so on for the back and they sound fine even at the level i listen to which is 30-35 its max i believe is 60. i also have the amp hooked up to a switch and the radio shuts of even if the amp is on or off. i cleaned the detachable faceplate and the part where the wires come out the back. I really dont know what else to try or check. do you guys have any ideas? the radio doesnt over heat it stays cool

Does the head unit shut off or do you just lose sound? Check the remote power lead (blue wire)? Check the connections on the wiring harness adapter to the radio?

you could have shorted the speaker wires in the door? I had the same problem with my speakers in the door and found out that a wire had worn away and was touching the metal from the door.
