I think a member on here Crash did it recently. I'm not sure if he did the whole GPS thing, but I know he has a big beautiful screen in his dash now.

Might check out the Audio/Visual section: https://mustangforums.com/forum/audi...lectronics-28/

That's exactly what I wanted to do thanks, my friend has a 2000 GT and he says he would have to relocate the ac controls to fit a screen so I was double checking

I think the 1999-2001 mustangs had the single din sized radios from the factory and the 2002-04 has the double din size so a double din sized aftermarket unit would go into the 02-04 stangs but the 99-01 requires cutting or a flip up screen type.

lmao the prices have went WAAY up on those things. I guess last year and the years before was the time to pick them up. I got my 3200dvd for like $279 a long time ago(on this same sight). But two weeks before i got it the price was $249 I expected the prices to go down but they went up by $30 in like two weeks so i shot myself in the foot for waiting. I guess since then the prices have kept climbing.

Late 2001 got the double DIN as well. Mine was built in August 2001 and has ALL the changes they made for 2002 model year. (changed water pump pully Double DIN CD player, smaller dash light bulbs TR3650 Trans etc...) Just FYI.

Bam! Ask and you shall receive! I don't have gps on it, that's what my iphone is for. Fits wonderfully! But yes, prices have gone up on it. I bought mine off of amazon. If you can, I'd get the model above this one because of its bluetooth capability, I believe it's the pioneer avh 4200??? Mine is the 3200
