To give you an idea of new and used cost on either route. http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums...ower-cost.html

LOL
I just looked up Pro Dyno to learn a little more about who they are. Possibly to find some insight into how they may have coaxed some extra power out of his set-up. They may know something about tuning cars, but their website is FULL of terrible spelling and grammatical errors. It is not confidence inspiring to see a complete lack of attention to detail on an advertisement for a company.

I was thinking of possibly taking my car down there for another N/A tune, but now I'm not so sure.

Eddy,
How did the guys in the shop seem to you? Were they sharp, or just regular guys?

They were definitely really friendly. But they were sharp about their work. I couldn't drive on the dyno and if something wasn't spot on what I liked they did another run and fixed it. They were excellent.

Guys his numbers are definatly not high for a pi swapped an aftermarket cam 2v. You are simply failing to realize he has a bump in compression that a new edge so hes gonna make more power than a new edge with the same cam. To put things in perspective kugzy pi swap and mhs stage 2 cam sn95 put down 295ish rwhp and that was on a mustang dyno, on a dynojet it would of broke 300. OPs numers are def spot on if you ask me.

Congrats on the awesome numbers man! The extra compression from the sn-95 is definitely noticeable here! If you guys think about it a 99-04 with a cam and exhaust will put down in the 260-270 range. So for his numbers they seem dead on with the heads being cleaned up and the extra compression!

Those look like good numbers for the mods you have done. The headers you mention will allow you to get additional benefit from the mods you have already made.

Just out of curiousity, if theres 281rwhp, about how much hp at the engine? Whats the typical hp loss from engine to tire?

15-16% powertrain loss through a manual 19-20% loss through and auto.

281+ 15%(manual)=323.15
331- 15% (manual)= 281.35

I have a 2001 Bullitt with stageII cams and full exhaust. Mine makes 283rwhp, but only 297lb/ft.

The compression must be helping more than I expected, plus a little massaging to clean up the heads. I figured my long tubes would give me a slight advantage over OP's set-up. I am more impressed with the torque figure. That means he is making the power at lower rpm than I am.

He has very good numbers!
