Default hydraulic throwout bearing

Will the hydraulic throwout bearing from a 2005 and up mustang fit on the 3650 trans from a 2004 and down 3650? I want to put a 5 speed behind the mod motor in my 69 f-100 and the 2005 and up shifter position is not the greatest.

I thought the 05+ had remote shifters, or was that something to do with the automatics in those?
Other than that, I also thought the 3650 was a 3650. In other words, that would work as long as you had the other stuff to go with it (ie hydraulic plumbing etc).

Mcleod makes a hydraulic system for the 99-04 mustangs. About $700. But that's not to say it will work prefectly. I don't know the length of the lines, so you may be able to buy the main components then custom make the lines to fit your application.

It is a "remote" monkey-motion shifter in that it mounts externally to the transmission--still mechanical:

As opposed to the "turret mounted" shifter on our cars:

This is a separate issue from the hydraulic clutch actuation...
