I was looking into that. I plan on dropping the member anyway to do the header. What's up with UPR? Why are they so cheap?

Look around on the forums for headers. I got chrome MAC LT's and an uncatted midpipe for $400 brandnew. I got them off of modular fords and the guys had many more headers for 2v and 4v. Lucky for me though I just had to go pick them up and he gave me alittle more of a discount since it was an open box one.

B - I found a set of MAC headers off a termi on SVT for $250 shipped. Looked up the PN's and they don't match up though. He said they would fit a 98.

Uber - So, MM makes the expensive one? It's like $700 versus UPR's $299.

CA smog laws LT's are a HUGE no-no and will absolutely FAIL smog testing

JBA is the only C.A.R.B. legal semi-header available, in which I know. I don't expect to get much additioinal power, but can ONLY help! The ceramic, not sure the specific coating, but was recommended by Griggs Racing, as the one to get. Best price I could find was $500, which included shipping, so I hope they at least sound cool too

O yea! Forgot you lived in CA. That's lame.

Cool though! I always liked the look of the 'tuned length' shorty headers.

You guys get the racin weather yet? Western wa saw some good weather last weekend. Test & tune was crazy at the strip! My buddy got lots of pics. Hundreds of racers showed up.

Did you HAVE to bring that up

Got rained out of AX just this past Saturday Was hoping to get one last run on the ol' 4.6, as it went in last night for the new Livernois stroked 5.0. Gonna be a full-on N/A beast, or at least as much beast as CA will allow and still pass smog.

Should be ready for next AX in just under 4 weeks!

When you get em in, post a vid! Been kicking around the idea too for some JBA shorties.

CA. sucks. A buddy of mine can pass the sniffer with long tubes and a catted x, but fails the visual. I fail to see why if you pass the sniffer that the visual should even freakin matter.
