whats the track? the DA? what tires are you running. and have you ever been down the track in anything...ever?

with your mods you should see ~13.7@102 assuming you can drive at all. I went 13.65@105.5 with an x-pipe and mufflers, and a 2.3 60' lol

The 60' refers to the first 60' you travel.Whitefox 60' time was 2.3 seconds.I've been told it's the most critical part.Your 60' time makes a big difference in your total time.A 1.6 is a really good time. The less tire spin off the line will give you a quicker 60' time.IDK a lot about it though. Some of the guys on here will.GL let us know how you make out.

Yep, the first 60 feet can really decide if your pass will be great, good, average, or crappy. It's something that requires some practice so if you spin a lot or bog a lot then don't worry about it...it's something to improve on. Just have fun.

Take pics of your slips and post them up when you get them. I had my first run on a 1/4 last weekend. Advice from noob to noob biggest thing I seemed to help me was feathering the gas as I launched

My '98 went 13.2 @ 104-5 with a 1.8 60'

I had drag radials and minor bolt ons.

The first 60' is the funnest part!!

Get out there and have fun. Don't smoke your tires too much (if they're street tires). You just want to spin em a bit to get the dirt off. Drive around the waterbox.

Try launching around 35-4000 rpm first. Chances are you will spin at even that low. If you bog, jump up another 500. If you spin, drop down 500.

Have fun!
