I love the clean look without the spoiler. However, on convertibles, it looks better with the stock spoiler.
Don't try and reinvent the wheel here. A spoiler doesn't do shlt unless it is a track car running around corners at 110mph. Stock spoiler looks great.
Ky4km's black spoiler on a red car looks similar to a dump I took after lunch today. #keepyourgoddamnspoilerTheSameColorOfYourCarMeatba ll

Maybe just the bar itself, not the light bar. I don't like the spoilerless look very much on my car!

I wouldn't mind a Cobra spoiler, but they are pretty pricey especially if you want the 3rd brake light(which completes the look imo) Apart from my set of black 03 Cobra wheels, I am definitely due for a bar.

If you remove the spoiler, what does everyone generally do with the bolt holes?

Does anyone make plugs or something you can use to clean the holes up without welding and repainting the trunk?

I was thinking about buying those plastic plugs, filing them down so they are even with the trunk, and then painting them the OEM factory paint. Saw a Youtube video where a guy did that. Looked almost flawless.

Keep the spoiler. It looks weird without it on a vert.

Herp derp?
Learn how to read and write.
That spoiler without a cleacoat would still look better than if it were black.
I am just giving you constructive criticism...
