Default Tuner or cams?

I have a 96 mustang gt, has new exhaust and pipes, ram air intake, and lowered 373 gears.

My next purchase was going to be a stage 1 cam, or a bama tuner.

thoughts on these?

if i were to buy a cam first, what else would need to come with it and does anyone have a link to where i'd get my most bang for my buck witha stock 4.6 v8 engine?

And how effective is tuning your stang?

all thoughts will be appreciated, thanks

Buy the tuner.

If you buy a Bama tuner you'll get lifetime tunes. So any other engine mods you do you will get a free updated tune to apply to your car.

That reminds me... I still need to buy a tuner....

I'm not sure what NA means.
Are you asking whether or not I plan to put more mods into it?
if so , yes I plan to put more into this car.
but with what I have at the moment i was wondering if tuning it would even make a noticable increase in hp/tq?

NA means Non-Aspirated, which means no nitrous, turbo or super charger. Have you did a PI swap yet? With your mods I really don't think tuning it will yield you much gain in hp or tourque.

I don't have the kind of cash at 17 to put a supercharger/turbo in just yet. So no, but who knows what the future holds, I'd love to if i could.

I said the same thing when i was 17, I put the supercharger on my car when i was 18 and now its still going strong now that im 19. Im pretty sure youre gonna need the tuner so u can load a tune for the cams. Have you already done a pi swap?
