Default What could this noise be?

Ok so I just had my ENTIRE rear end rebuilt. Every bearing race and seal was replaced. It got rid of the grinding noise I had, but I still have a noise that sounds like maybe it's in the front end (possibly front right).

I only get it when turning and I get it turning both directions. It seems louder when I turn left but I can hear it while turning both directions at speeds under 10mph or so. It's a kind of wa wa wa wa sound almost like a tire rubbing on something every revolution (the sound makes the wa wa wa based on tire revolution). I thought my 275's up front were rubbing something so I threw on my factory wheels with 225's and it makes the same noise so it's not a rubbing issue. I don't see anything obvious, what can this be? Springs and shocks are brand new and wheels bearings feel tight, car has 84k miles. It's kind of hard to capture on tape because it's outside the car and hard to hear when not in person.

Do you know what gear oil was used, also were the LSD friction plates soaked in friction modifier for 10-15 minutes before assembly?

from the shop manual:

I had a similar noise in mine. I swore up and down it was the clutch packs in the rear, then I re-did my back brakes and the noise went away. So double check the rear pads, and make sure the rotors are true

Soaked? No. But they were coated before assembly. I used Amsoil 75-140 synthetic. Is that not a good fluid to use? I've read that it's ok for our cars but I know factory calls for dino oil in the earlier cars.

The rear brakes should be ok but I won't count it out, thanks.

Well I tried a million times, windows up, windows down, camera in different positions and this is the best I can capture the sound. It sounds like a woo woo woo in the video. You have to listen close, it's a little louder toward the end as the car is slowing down.

**If you have a bass control on your speakers turn the bass all the way down, it makes it a lot easier to hear the noise.**

A thought...Have you tried jacking up the car and spinning each wheel.
Then maybe you can pin point where noise is coming from (which wheel)

Agreed on the brakes. Make sure the sliders are free. I had weird noises when I turned. Come to find out my sliders on the rear were froze up bad.

Have jacked the car up and all sliders were greased recently. Bit I guess weirder things have happened ill check the sliders. The sharper I turn I think it gets louder. also it seems to be the front right.
