Default Noise after brake pad install

Just finished the rears and put my wheels back on, took a quick spin and came across this noise? wtf is it? -_- are my pads just in contact with the rotors and itll wear off? sounds like something is dragging. I checked under the car to find nothing is dragging though.

I didn't hook up the e brake cable back up due to running out of time, have to be at work soon, i turned the pistons in properly keeping thenotches at 12 and 6, it felt snug putting the caliper back on.

Those breaks look good. So many mods to do so little time and money!
