How can I fix this?

Pictures would be really helpful... but for other members who might find this useful, I've bought a touch up kit from http://drcolorchip.com/ and it did a pretty good job on the little defects I've found in my paint. Much better than any touch up paint you can buy from your local auto parts store or a Ford dealer.
A good clay baring and regular waxing are always helpful in protecting your paint and making your car looking its best.

^ It looks like that is down to the primer, something like that a body shop would have to sand it all down, and like said respray the bumper. Because the bumper is plastic they would just remove the cover, repair and respray it, and re-install it. It really shouldnt be more than 300-400$

I agree. Not buffing that out. Its gonna need sanded, filled, and repainted. Although, a good painter should be able to tape off the entire front bumper opposed to completely removing saving some extra dough.
And just a thought. When you create a post asking for advise or help, maybe pay a little more attention? Common courtesy to those who are trying to lend a helping hand...

When i buy touch up paint I get the closest one I can find... then one lighter and one darker. Try the one closest and see if it needs to be lighter ad darker.

You can get really close I touched up some spots on my bumper and now you can't even see then... hint a drop or two will make a big difference in the color... just take your time and you'll end up impressing yourself. good luck.
