I love the plans and ambition but dude at least get used to that car at the track the way it sits. I think youve got like one or two track visits as it sits? From what I remember you were bogging bad. Its totally expected though being new to that car/setup and it being your first few times at the strip with it. Hell I don't know what youd do with 700RWHP at the strip. Thats gonna be a frustrating learning experience.......

What crank, rods and pistons do you have?

Where can I find a friend that gives free Vortechs? Are there some ******** being exchanged here that I dont know about? :P

^ no blow jobs, just lots of free mechanical labor lol. He has the mmr 4.75 1000. Coyote crank, Manley hbeams and manley pistons.

But, I agree with you. I think the Trans should have been the next plan of attack instead of the blower. But, his money and his car. I wanted to see that car run mid 10's at least. Maybe I can talk the op into a secret track visit next weekend before the tear down starts

The tear down isn't going to happen until I have all the parts. So I will be visiting the track again soon with my n2mb box.

Mid 10's is easily possible putting 550 to the ground!

I dont think i have any pics of it, but his exits the blower and goes down torwards the driver fender, in front of the motor. then it exits the intercooler on the passenger side, goes thru the inner fender and out thru the air filter opening then up to the throttle body. he cant get his power pipe in there because the opening isn't big enough for anything other than the power pipe, so he has a tiny spectre filter just sitting on the blower.

its the cxracing 4core. inlets are on the sides, one on the drivers one on the passengers. he's going to upgrade i think tho, he was looking at the treadstone intercoolers.

Thats a really smart upgrade, that cx racing unit is really inefficient at higher hp, the treadstone (v25? I think the model is) is a great unit
