hey all, thanks for the replies... and jazzer, thanks for the advice.

I didnt have my heart set on brakes that said "cobra" on them persay... just the bigger rotor/more pistons in the caliper/stainless steel lines kinda kit is what I was looking for.

she's soft and spongy on braking and I want more confidence stopping all that pent up power... the brake lines and fluid seems like a good start, but i do have a warped rotor and worn brake pads, so if i was going to change those out too i was looking at available upgrades that wouldnt break the bank...

On the subject of brakes, what rotors would you recommend jazzer? I believe your guide said slotted doesn't make much difference, but I don't want to just buy some no-name blank rotor from autozone.

True.... slotted and/or cross-drilled are pretty usless on a streetable rotor. A rotor to benefit from that venting is gonna be a race-grade one and a whole different ball game. Just go with OEM or direct replacement ones found just about anywhere.

Cool, so just turn my stock rotors and get some good pads, SS brake lines, and 5.1 fluid.
