Default Want it supercharged

I don't know much about cars but just gota 03 Mach 1 with 30,000 miles it's all stock just has a magma flow exhaust on it and was wanting to put a supercharger on it and wanted to get a few opinions on the best way to do that and about how much it might cost..

Found mine on Craiglist used. After I got some miscellaneous pieces and a tune for it, overall it cost me about $2200 or so.

rock u love posting links from moddedmustangs lately lol. As Rock has said it could be a little different for a 4v but i paid 2200 for my vortech

Lol my bad. I just made that thread over there awhile back for ppl who had questions about going blown and the cost. I think it would be a better idea to just make a similar thread here instead of posting a link from another forum on this one so I will go ahead and make one here so thanks for pointing that out for me bc come to think about it that could be kind of rude of me to be linking in another forum.

Wouldn't the cheapest and easiest for him be to go with an Eaton?

NOOO browse through that link I posted up in post #3 there are more than a few examples of different cost of different setups.

OP You need to keep in mind that mach 1's have higher compression ratio than the other 4.6s(2V, Cobra-4V). I'm almost positive the CR is ~10.5 in stock trim so you really need to keep this in mind. That is a lot of CR to be adding a blower onto. An intercooler would be an absolute requirement.
