I never opened up a 3650 to see what it looks like. But t45s arent to bad, my buddy made some homade pullers and a few tools to make rebuilds go easier.

Lmao, what was broke a shift fork? What are u doing with it?

Besides blowin synchros the big problem is the first two shift forks, especially if u poweshift. Thats the last one i picked up and what it looked like thy all crack in the same spot. T45 source makes a "bullet proof" fork for one of em forget which fork though, and u can also replace the forks and keys with the t56 ones they are interchangeable. We got one with all t56 stuff if our buddies 96 cobra and its coming out soon with a built cammed b head motor with a 100 shot so we will see what happens with it.

well it was scraping a bit in 2nd and 5th, so i figured blocker rings, synchro blocks and clip, and of course the new 3-4 fork because I've gone through 3 of them

Lol nice. Can use the blocks from t56 as well, the 3-4 shiftfork is that t45 aftermarket one u can get from t45 source and it looks beef.
