Default Venting Crankcase to Exhaust

Hey guys. While I was dreaming of stuff I wanted on Jegs, I found this: http://www.jegs.com/i/Milodon/697/85700/10002/-1

Think this would work fine on our cars? I just dont want a big tank in my engine bay for the breather part of a pcv delete. I also dont think it much oil would get into the exhaust causing a negative effect. I believe this unit would also create a small amount of vacuum when welding the tube to the exhaust like how they are angled in the picture. Which is a good thing. What are you guys thoughts on this? If I did it, I would just make my own system.
