Sounds good! I'll keep you posted. I need to put on a few hundred miles on the new setup first, then head to the dyno. I'm hoping to get in a week from this Saturday since Lidio said that would work for him

To be realistic, you can hit the dyno at any time. I mean when people do fresh engines and break them in on the dyno, they are usually on a new clutch. Dynos, with them not being loaded like on the street it technically is ok. Its up to you though. Read up on it. New clutch is ok to dyno on, just not street tuning.

i know a bunch of LS sites you can join if you want.

also it seems that the 10 bolt either works or doesnt. there seem to be a bunch of guys that never have trouble with them and then there are allot of guys whos 10 bolt give up all of a sudden.

hell on tech there is a guy who was driving down the road at 40mph and his took a dump on him.

just dont leave the line at a high as hell prm and you should be good. baby it a bit at first and see what it can do.

but for your power id definatly look for a 12 bolt or 9 asap if your gonna keep racing it.

True about the ten bolt. I've owned four different ten bolts, and never had a problem with them...but the most powerful of those was a full bolt on lt1 and I've never ran with drag radials. So far my current 26 splined ten bolt has held up well with my locker

Yeah, well I guess if it breaks I fix it...simple as that lol! Hopefully the Detroit Truetrack will at least help a bit.

Nick V, what sites would you recommend? I've already joined LS1tech.com, but that's it so far.

Teej, I hear what you're saying but i've been told by a few engine builders and tuners (even my guy) not to run it full blast on the dyno right away.
