Default Vortech'd 99-04 GT's click here!

Alright so my build is coming to a close on putting parts together, im aiming for the 2nd week going into March for my initial build and put together. I'm putting the last finishing parts together but want a last final opinions on what people would suggest doing differently unless i'll be fine doing it the way im going with the build.
I still need to get my 42lb injectors, gauges + pod(s) and a tial bov 3psi spring. Any advice on this build/setup you would do differently before I get started id greatly appreciate. Also pulley size should i go from a 3.60 to a 3.33? I'm aiming for 8-10psi for boost.

Vortech parts I have put together:

Vortech V1 S-Trim - Practically Brand new
Anderson Power Pipe
Tial BOV
CX Racing Intercooler Kit 3'' Piping
SVT Fuel Pump
SCT XCAL2
Vortech Bracket Assembly, Oil Feed and Drain Lines
SCT BA2400 MAF - Going blow-through

Current mods on the GT:

FRPP 3.73s
Flowmaster 40 Exhaust
Mac O/R Prochamber
Stock Headers
Stock Clutch / Tranni
Stock Internals and Block

3.33 pulley size will get you around 10psi with the power pipe. BTW If you are going draw though then you will not be able to use a blow off valve. You will need a bypass valve.

kerns is right you will have to use it as a bypass and route the air back to before the headunit. you wont be able to vent to atmosphere. i was going to run the hpx 05+ style maf on my vortech kit with a vortech mini race bov. i would suggest going blow through.

also you may consider running a boost a pump just to be safe.

and for gauges i was going to run (already have them) wideband a/f, boost/vac and oil pressure. i chose oil pres because of the oil lines going to and from the unit. i wanted to make sure it was good at all times. you could also run a fuel pressure gauge if you wanted.

In regards to the pump, I picked up the DivisonX fuel pump from Lethal. After I installed it (have yet to dyno it), I was told I will be running out of fuel at WOT with a single. I guess I will be putting that to the test. Shouldn't need a boost a pump from what I'm told.

I'll have to get that aluminum flange for the maf and try that out and see how it goes. Any gauge recommendations with a pod setup?
