i hear the H&R super sports ride rough but i could be wrong. how much do the steedas lower it?

It's not that you "need" adjustable LCAs, but many people (Jazzer included) like to see one spherical bushing on each arm to minimize bind in the suspension. UPR Poly/Spherical LCAs are adjustable. They work well.
