Default Help!!! Car shakes when letting off gas.

I got a 2003 Mach 1 5speed
Okay so last night I driving my car and I punched in 2nd gear and got the car up to about 90mph, when I started to coast I noticed a really bad vibration. I had no idea what it was, so on the way home I drove it easy and it was still vibrating when I let off the gas, but only at higher speed of 40+ anything lower then that is very mild or not noticeable at all.
The next day I put my car in neutral and started to push it, I kept hearing a clicking noise coming from the rear end.
I've looked up what it might be and other people say it may be the U joints, the pinion bearing, or a bent drive shaft.

Can anyone shed some light on my situation. Thanks guys.

Start with checking for slack in a u-joint.

While you're at it jack up the rear end and with the transmission in neutral check for excessive slack in the rear end by twisting the drive shaft. It should have some play before the tires move but not a lot. Might be time for a new rear.

Well I didn't jack up the rear end, I just backed it up on some ramps and slipped up under there.
I got right under the rear end and shook the driveshaft and it was wiggling around quite a big.
I tried to turn it as well and will twist but then stop, but that's cause there was weight on the tires.
So bad u joints?
