Correct. Basically under a turbo application the bov will stay closed all the time except for letting off the throttle, it allows for the turbo to build boost but since you are a supercharger and belt driven the supercharger is always pushing out the same volume of air at any given RPM. For example, 5000RPMS at partial throttle is still providing the same amount of air at the supercharger as 5000RPMS at WOT, if the BOV wasn't open then you would continue to build back pressure in your system and damage the supercharge itself.

Reason I asked is that I recently found that the BPVs come in two states, normally open / normally closed, that is "as it sits" on the shelf w/ no power or controls connected.
My BPV is normaly open, until boost/near boost closes it. I can hear it open close with the Power Pipe now.
