A lot of good information guys THX!! Im going to go in there offering $6500 and see where they go from there i dont thi nk i will pay more than $7500 total anyways.

No, modifications do not lower the value of a vehicle. They never have. What the vast majority of people don't understand is the psychology and science behind selling and buying a vehicle. It is a common misconception that modified cars are worth less. What a car sells for has more to do with the circumstances behind selling the car than the actual car itself.
