Exclamation 2001 mustang Bullitt studder at low rpms

Alright guys. I have a 2001 Bullitt that i gotten less then 3 months ago. Everything ran AMAZING till last week. The car began to run stupid as krap from this point on. SO, i bought all new OEM coil packs from motorcraft and all new motorcraft sparkplugs for it. well no change =(. If the weather is really sunny it runs amazing. but if it rains even a bit its like it hesitates and studders between 1500-2500ish rpms, especially at WOT. If you just drive lt gingerly lol it tends to not do it. I'm not understanding what could be causing this problem at this point. All i've done to it is put BBK longtube headers, magnaflow x pipe and flow 40s. It still has factory intake and everything else. what could cause this studdering issue. im stumped o.O

MAF or IAC ? Maybe disconnect the MAF connector and see if there is any difference. If no change, that's the culprit. Just guessing. Some more experienced members will have some ideas. Good luck!

Hmm. Do those things go bad? I mean I've cleaned it but that's about it because I figured it wpuld be good to do when I got my new filter.

I forgot to reconnect mine when I changed my plugs recently and had the same symptoms. You may have damaged it cleaning the sensor ?

If it happens only when it rains that means moosture is leaking into something. Personally I had this issue when the wires going into the plugs for my coil packs began to come loose from someone pulling on them too much. Could also be a leak in your intake system after the maf causing the readings to be off.. Or like the previous poster said the maf itself.

Alright. I have a new maf. But it looks a tad different. It has 6 wires instead of the 4 on mine. But they plug in the exact same. So would this work to test and see if it'll fix it? Nothing is getting wet when it rains. So I can't exactly say that is the exact reason. Becayse it rains here a lot latley lol.
