Default 99 Stage 2 Roush rebuild issues

I rebuilt my 4.6 and all went well started first time during intial test break in drive went well with no intial problems noted till about 10 miles it backfired a few times nothing rapid or seemed to be alarming although it would load well during increasing to 50 mph and coasting back to 30 to help seat rings it seemed to delay loading when intially beginning to coast back to 30, then all the sudden like a light switch engine shuts down, upon initial inspection noted left cam sensor came disconnected no other issues noted except would not restart and seemed like it is not firing except an occasional backfire. Any tips or thoughts would be appreciated

air/fuel/spark <~ engines need those 3 things

Check fuel supply at rail, check codes to see if an ignition failure.....and please work on sentence structure and punctuation. What does "load well" mean?

Thank you, sorry for bad description it was firing excellent, the acceleration and the rpm was building up rpm good as I ran it up to 50 mph.
I left out it also blew a couple fuses one to the radio and dash panel. I will check the rail now and I appreciate your thoughts.

I replaced blown fuses and the stereo still did not come back on, all dash indicator lights that come on as you turn on ignition comes on except the odometer. I am looking for any good information.

I apologize for asking a trival question but can leaving the cataletic converters unconnected cause this problem on a 99 model if so will simply plugging them back up fix the problem ?

I appreciate your help and sorry for my English is not my strong point never has been although my back ground is weapons and pu238 from the Air Force and Los Alamos which is all technical stuff that is all by the books stuff which is why I even attempted this in the first place and forums where I can ask questions to pros like you is priceless.
I found that the problem was a bad cam sensor it had came apart from the cam gear almost come off the cam and broke it off. I replaced it and have made sure all of it is out and put it back together but it seems like it is not even trying to fire, is there anything else it could have caused issue's with ?
