in my 2004 Mustang GT wont roll down. The drivers side works fine but neither controller will roll the passenger side down. Is it on a seperate fuse maybe? Does the main control not work if the one on the door doesnt?

Check the fuses. if there are no blown fuses the motor itself is most likely dead. Or, although highly unlikely, the vibrations from driving could have unplugged it.
