Default New radiator needed, thoughts on mishimoto?

While installing my stock mid pipe for smog reasons tonight found out my radiator has a slow leak (for now) in the lower corner opposite the drain plug. Awesome.

So thinking about getting a mishimoto, simply for the extra cooling ability (it gets hot here, and I do a Lot of stop n go). I have read that they have had problems in the past with cracking but have developed a new bracket that allows the radiator to float. Any experience with this? I do plan on supercharging sooner or later, so the extra cooling would help there. For now, not sure if a mostly stock gt has enough power to flex the chassis to crack the radiator.

That is what I am worried about, is the flexing cracking the rad, but they have a bushing mount on the sides now so there is no direct contact. The OEM replacement is much cheaper, but I like the idea of better cooling.

Think I am gonna give the mishimoto a shot. The warranty really cant be beat it seems.

I'm looking into a radiator right now as well. Check out the SR one on AM. Looks pretty solid, good reviews and cheaper. Looks like I may be going with this one myself.

SR products ate notorious for being ****, the fluidyne has an extra core over the mishimoto so has better cooling properties but known for leaking

Well I ended up purchasing a 04 cobra radiator that was barely used, as the car became a drag car. Got it for 60 bucks, so happy.
