Identify valvetrain parts?
So long story short, previous owner dumped the shattered dreams spare parts special on me when I bought the car. Him and his son lunched the stock pistons and a set of cobra heads and valves when they botched the timing. Now the car has a 99PI engine. Anyways I was hoping you guys could identify some of the stuff for me and let me know if any of this junk is worth keeping (basically should I sort out cobra lifters and what not or just toss this stuff)

Apologies for being a hack, here's a proper post
Hydraulic looking stuff, L & R
Valvetrain minus valves & springs. This bag has a nice silver finish to it, the other bag looks a little less nice. May just be used vs new
Fuel Rail. Stock 96? 99? Cobra?
Again, thanks for the help, and sorry for struggling to make a proper post

Hydraulic looking stuff, L & R Left and Right timing chain tensioners
I see some cam journals and rocker arms in the open bag, I am assuming that in the closed bag are the lash adjustors

Thanks a bunch. Ha and actually the other two bags are more rocker arms and I'm guessing lash adjusters? Look like small hydraulic pistons. Unfortunately the old man and I don't have experience with timing hardware beyond changing a valve cover gasket.
Counted out the rocker arms and There's three sets of 16. I have no Idea what this guy had so many for. They were split between the 3 bags. The guy wants to give me more crap from his garage too...
None of this is worth trying to sell though is it? I've since tossed the timing chain guides and other obvious stuff that no one would want used. and I'd bet money no one needs cam journals if they already have a set of heads

the cam caps are going to be a little hard to use, considering they are all out of order and probably not marked. the used components arent really something I'd roll with on a new build either. not very easy to tell if they are 2v or 4v parts without getting some part numbers if possible. I'd honestly just roll with all new parts if it were me. that fuel rail is also newer. it appears to be a single fuel line...which if i recall correctly was 99+. my 98 cobra had 2 lines going to it.

I wouldn't bother with keeping any of it. The journal caps are an absolute no no because they are worn in with the original cams that they held in place. The rest of it is pretty much just scrap as well because they will most likely cause a lot of valve train noise since they were taken out and just tossed ***** nilly in a bag. Used valve train parts like to go back in to the original position when reusing them. Mixing them up out of order is probly the most common mistake when reassembling the heads, and probly accounts for 90% of the " HELP I redid my heads and now I have a clicking noise " threads lol .
Only thing worth really keeping is the fuel rail incase you or someone else may need one.
