Default 2004 gt has a miss

I just bought a 2004 mustang gt with a 4.6 it has 90,000 miles on it. It just started having a miss in it. I replaced the spark plugs and checked all th coli packs with my multi meter, and they all read the same I cleared the codes and went for a ride. it runs better but at high rpms it still misses and the check engine light comes on. I still get the same code p301 any thoughts.

You said the multi meter read all the coil packs as the same but were they all in an acceptable rating? Because I was thinking if it wasn't your plugs then it would be your coil packs.

Moved from the 2005+ 4.6 for you - watch what sub section you are in when you post. You should find better response here.
