Default Recommendations on an catback exhaust system kit

Hello all,
Im new to this website and i would like some advice on a new catback exhaust system kit for my 02 ford mustang gt. When i purchased the car a few years back(used) it already came witha flowmaster exhaust system. I would like to upgrade to a knew system. Can someone please fill me in on a system that has a more aggressive sound. But not overly expensive?
I was told to Get a dynomax exhaust kit. They said that it will sound like my old flowmaster? Is this true? I want something with the same growl as my flowmaster exhaust or a bit louder. Any advice would be great at the moment.

Thanks

I just snatched a Flowmaster cat back system off eBay using Best offer of $379.99 with Free shipping from a seller out of NY.

That's saving $40 from every other After Market store online.

Yeah I really like my Flowmasters. Not that expensive and they sound great with a o/r h pipe!

I have SLP's LM1's on mine with an o/r x pipe and it sounds brutal! The SLP system is a little expensive but if you just buy the resonators, you can have a shop install them for cheaper than the whole system... If that makes sense lol.

(Not my car but same exhaust setup):

SLP LM1 here and they are pretty loud with the stock manifolds and mid pipe. Mac longtubes and O/R H is next on my list.

Whatever route you choose make sure if you get an o/r pipe to get a tune... Everytime I get out of my car I feel like I'm cutting years off my life because of the fumes lol

YES they do... very throaty. it's like the Flowmaster system was a match made in heaven for the 4.62V

If you just want louder than what you already have with the same flowmaster tone, just order 2 of their 10 series race mufflers and have them welded in. No need to spend money on a whole new cat back. They're single chamber so its louder and still has the flowmaster sound

The dynomax mufflers are straight through design not chambered like flowmaster. The dynomax compares more to the sound of magnaflow than flowmaster from what I've heard. I don't think dynomax makes a chambered muffler.
