Default aftermarket fuel rails

Hi everyone happy to join the site . I have a 03 gt with the 4.6 2v well I upgraded my intake to a edelbrock jr victor series intake and edelbrock fuel rails . Well my problem is the adapters on the rails . On the passenger side fuel feed line the stock line has a push on fitting that looks like it's 5/8 I may be wrong . Well im looking for a female connector with a 6an male to connect to e edelbrock fuel rails. Has anyone done this upgrade and can give me some advice what I can use I can include some pics of necessary. Thanks everyone for your time

Gotta ask. What mods do you have?

without some sort of forced induction the stock fuel rails will be way more than enough.

I bought a rebuilt engine but I decided to upgrade my lower intake to a edelbrock jr intake and it called to use the edelbrock fuel rails. So finally I have found all the plumbing I needed the part I was lacking was the aeromotive 15102 female 1/2 spring lock. I also put a bbk 75mm throttle body and plenum and bbk cold air intake . The coils are Accel and ford racing fuel injectors . The exhaust is pacesetter long tube headers and pacesetter x pipe and flowmaster super 10s.

That intake (eddy Vic jr) may hurt you. To get the full potential of the intake you'll need to get some more mods. What are your plans for the car?

I have lots of plans I ordered a tuner for it just waiting on it . I'm wanting to do a cam and supercharge it along the way . She's about to get a new paint job but I'm working on the suspension and brakes this weekend . Do you recommend anything or any good advice .

I've heard horror stories of the edelbrock fuel rails, leaking and having fitment issues. One thing you don't want is your fuel rails leaking on your engine when hot. For my piece of mine and wanting to get the most out of my set up, I bought the MMR hgh flow fuel rails. They were made to fit perfectly with the eddy Vic jr intake and also suppy more fuel. They were a little costly but well worth it. The guy doing the install stated that they were a perfect fit and very well crafted. Do you have gears? If not that should be your next mod. On the 2V it is by far the best bang for the buck (other than FI). With that intake and your minimal mods your cars probably lacking the power in the low rpm range.
