Default Time to start building this 99

First phase will be to fix everything wrong with it and make it look like it's supposed to. That includes refresh paint, fix interior, wheels, suspension/stance. I also want to change out the quite magnflow catback. Can't decide what I want. Every system I look at has ****ty welds and make me think they are as crappy as corsa exhaust. Trust me I worked at corsa they are way overpriced junk. I may be stuck building my own.

Second phase will be performance. I have decided to shoot for 600rwhp NA.

Slapped on new wheels and tires and new headlights today. Tomorrow I will degay it by removing the cobra emblems and peeling off the plasti dip the old owner put on the hood and spoiler.

The wheels look familiar..did you have those on the old white car?

What do you plan on doing to the interior, just restoration stuff like new carpet and seat covers or gutting it out, or putting in more comfortable seats for DD use?

No I had black chrome cobra wheels on the old one. Interior just needs the front seats recovered in leather, and change some dash stuff out to make it more useable like put a dual din stereo in it. It has alot of gay billet ***** and shifter that need to take a trip to the trash can.

Went on a little buying spree today, mostly just replacement stuff to complete phase 1.

Antenna base and cable
Radiator cover
Smoked fog lights
Lowering springs and KYB struts (not going full drag suspension this time since I live in pot hole central now)
Weld in SFC
New HVAC and headlight ***** to replace the stupid billet ones
New Shift **** also to replace the stupid billet one that burns my hand
SRS catback. It's cheap and no name but it is the only once that I found that is 304 stainless. All the high dollar ones are 400 series stainless that rust.
Also picked up a built 96 cobra rearend off of craigslist. 31spline axles! saved me from having to build it and spend double the cost.

Just have to find some control arms, clutch and throw out bearing to complete the buying for phase 1

Had to cut into the mustang fund today and go to Lowes and get me some yard toys. Now I have to wait a week to recoup some money before ordering more.
