Default Replacing clutch cable with L/T headers

My clutch cable snapped, and I have another one one the way. I'm going to try and put it in myself, but I've never done it before. I've searched for a topic on this but I couldn't find an answer to my particular situation so forgive me if it is here somewhere. My question is, will L/T headers present a problem with removing and attaching the cable from the clutch fork end? Many thanks.
