Default 1998 4.6l SOHC driveability issues?

I have had a problem with my car for some time now, where she is chugging/hesitating on acceleration, on a scan everything read good except the O2 sensors were at 0 and some weird readings, replaced those and the readings have not changed nor the symptoms. If I let the car sit and cool down, as soon as I start it she runs perfect, but once warmed up starts hesitating? Any ideas

i would test coils and plugs next , might be going bad, also have the maf tested ,check all fuse's and egr also, that way they will be ruled out as the issue so you can narrow it down better

Trans harness could have broken wires. It can rub a few spots above and around transmission. Could be the cause of your 0 volt readings.
