Any kind of after market fuel rail anyone recommends?

Why do you need them? Your factory rails flow more than enough fuel by a large margin. Clearence issues? looks?

There is a few aftermarket rails out there, try mmr.
On the injectors, since your 99 has the 19# injectors, you could replace them with 21# with no retune. If you have no mods, I wouldn't worry about it.
