How is the idle acting?
More than likely its a iac issue.

The car was like this when I baught it idk how it acted before when it was installed but it has a all new toa sensor and iac with the new iac installed it's idled high and when U rev it it takes a minute to idle back down to like 1800 but when drove it has no skip no lose of power nothing
