Hello all, im new to the site. I'm having issues with my 03GT.
I recently pulled and rebuilt my 4.6l that had hit 200,000 miles due to loss of power and burning oil. While the engine was out I installed a set of CompCams extreme energy 1 cams. I replaced all the piston rings, oil seals and gaskets. put the engine back in and she was doing great. I will list all mods below. Now im having issues with not starting, no idle, and no throttle response. here is my questions to you all;

mods:

BBK cold air intake/K&N air filter
CompCam extreme energy 1 cams.
Long tube headers with x-pipe. cats removed with flowmaster 40 series.
oil/air separator.
set of bank 2 o2 sensor deletes from Americanmuscle.com.. in fact, all my parts have come from americanmuscle,com or Ford.

Let just say how great americanmuscle.com is....

So here is my issue. after i rebuilt my engine everything was working great for about a year. I knew had to go back in a check my timing being that i installed new timing chains gears. So that's what I did, I checked my cam degrees as per the cam cards and everything added up, although my before and after cam lobe numbers were different than others I talked to I still achieved the required cam lobe of 109 degrees.

after checking my timing i put the GT back together and now I have issues.

the GT will not idle unless i pull a vacuum line. when all vacuum lines are on the throttle body the GT will stall. I have no throttle response. i have checked my fuel pressure and its good. change out the fuel pressure sensor, still having issues. I am at a loss. I checked for vacuum leaks but found nothing. I did go ahead and changed all my vacuum lines. I have installed new MDS coil over packs, new spark plugs, new injectors. basically, if it can be changed sensor wise I have.

i get 2 codes. p1132 and p1151. both bank 1 o2 sensors indicating rich. I have not changed the fuel filter. So there it is, my headache. any and all help and advise would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. has anyone installed said cams and if so what numbers did they get when they degreed the cams in, my numbers where 76+14=109.
