I'm gonna be that guy... Wheel/tire ??'s

Ya, I would just really like that beastly look you get from nice wide tires from the rear.. But I can see what your saying
And that's what I'm still trying to figure out as far as the offset working out for me with the wheels I'm looking at

Aren't you running the same wheel size as me? I'm running 18x9 18x10.5 wheels with a 275 front and 315 rear. I haven't had any issues with rub so my fenders aren't rolled. They most likely will be soon for the 335s though.

I haven't had any issues at all, I'm lowered 2.25" up front and 2.5"rear. 26mm offset (6.11 backspacing) for the front, 27mm offset (6.9 backspacing) rear

Well hmmm... Seeing you say this makes me certain I can run the setup I'm wanting
I just can't come to as of why its said it can't be done... Or shouldn't... Other than what has been said here thus far

The main thing is you really want to stick with an 18x9 up front. I don't know if he's still active on here or not but message jazzer the cat on here. He could answer pretty much any wheel/tire/suspension question you have for a new edge. If he isn't active anymore he still has a lot of good threads for suspension/wheel/tire selection on his profile.

Thanks for that. I've read up on some things that were posted. I guess someone else had the same size wheels and he answered with saying he would not do it due to rub issues among a few other things.
Yet you run 18x9 with 275 up front and are good.. So is it really that .5 throwing everything off..?
The information I have gathered thus far from the guy that actually runs the wheels I want to run - he's 18x9.5 all around with 245-40-18 front and 275 rear. So its doable as it seems but to an extent of size for the front..?
