Default 96 cobra coolant smell

When I get done driving I can smell antifreeze. No leaks and hoses and water pump looks ok. Also when driving the fan light comes on and off. It acts likr the fan is working because the temp goes up then back down. Could it be the resorvior cap? I would appreciate your input.

Do you need to top off the antifreeze?
Pressure check the system.Check heater core.

No smell inside the car. Level in expansion chamber is good. Had it on the lift and can't find a leak anywhere. Hoses and water pump are not leaking and freeze plugs ok.

check for coolant seepage in the valley of the motor under the intake. it'll hold quite a bit of coolant.

Found a very small hole in the radiator. Could barely see it.
